Return and Refund Policy for Nord Interior

At Nord Interior we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Should you wish to return an item, please find our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of return

You have a 14- day right of return on all unopened items purchased from Nord Interior. The right of return applies from the day you receive your order.

2. Return process

To return an item you must:

1. Log in to your account on our website, www.nordinterior.dk .
2. Request a return. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days.
3. Receive a confirmation and a shipping label by email when the return is approved.
4. Pack the item securely so that it is returned in unbroken packaging, and attach the shipping label provided to the package.
5. Send the return package to:

Please note that you will receive regular updates via email regarding the status of your return.

3. Conditions for returns

• The item must be returned in unbroken and intact original packaging.
• The return package must contain the full product and any accompanying parts.
• There is a return shipping fee of DKK 49, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Refund

• Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days from receipt of the return package.
